Autobiography: | The root of my exercise experience comes from the desire for confidence, and this is what gave me the fuel to pursue personal training. My training services have not only taught my clients the fundamentals of exercises and the building blocks to reach their goals but have taught me the efficiency needed to build others up and set them up for an exercise experience they will remember! Autobiography: | My entire motivation for coming back to school as a postback is rooted in health and fitness. I spent the majority of Covid getting into shape the boring way; moving more, and eating better.
