Autobiography: I started out very small my freshman of high school before I joined the wrestling team. Wrestling introduced me to real weightlifting and since then I’ve loved it. Since then, I love to help the people around me not only reach their fitness goals, but also improve their confidence and health as we age.

Autobiography: The root of my exercise experience comes from the desire for confidence, and this is what gave me the fuel to pursue personal training. My training services have not only taught my clients the fundamentals of exercises and the building blocks to reach their goals but have taught me the efficiency needed to build others up and set them up for an exercise experience they will remember! With this service, I can assist in the process of people wanting to better themselves and help them feel good about themselves and exercising. Autobiography: My entire motivation for coming back to school as a postback is rooted in health and fitness. I spent the majority of Covid getting into shape the boring way; moving more, and eating better. I've found that the cornerstone of everything I have accomplished in the past 5 years has been dependent upon resistance training and functional movement with a heavy focus on mobility work.
