University of Houston – Main Campus faculty/staff (benefit eligible, .50 FTE or higher) are eligible to purchase a CRWC membership.
Faculty/Staff must present their Cougar Card that indicates their employment status to purchase a membership and access the facility.
Benefits
Eligible to sponsor a membership for one adult, one adult dependent (ages 18-26), and any dependent children. See Sponsored by Faculty/Staff/Retiree for additional information and requirements.
Facility Closures
The facility closes annually during the month of August for three days to conduct student staff training. This training occurs the week prior to the start of school. The facility does not provide refunds or extend memberships for these planned closures or any unforeseen shutdowns. Members should plan accordingly.
Payroll Deduction Information and Cancellation
No additional programs or services can be deducted.
Payroll Deduction memberships are a one-year contract; contracts will renew automatically annually unless they are canceled.
A $100 cancellation fee will apply to members who do not fulfill their 12-month agreement.
The cancellation of the faculty/staff/retiree membership will result in the cancellation of any sponsored memberships.
The cancellation fee will be applied in one full payment following the cancellation.
