The Ed.D. in Professional Leadership is a 51-hour doctoral program (within the Department of Curriculum and Instruction) focusing on research and applied skills for educators grappling with current issues in education in urban contexts. The program is designed to facilitate the knowledge, skills and dispositions needed for professional and instructional leadership in urban schools, community organizations, museums and related educational institutions. The program is designed as a cohort model with online and flipped courses.
