The Schedule Builder is a web-based tool that helps you create your personalized course schedule based on your degree requirements.

All students can use the Schedule Builder.

No, the Schedule Builder is not required. However, it is a helpful tool to explore course options and build your ideal schedule.

The Schedule Builder can be accessed through myUH Self-Service. Select the Manage Classes Tile then Schedule Builder using the left navigation.

You can search for courses by subject, course number. Select the “Add Course” button.

Yes, the Schedule Builder will highlight any time conflicts between courses you have added.

Yes, the Schedule Builder allows you to save a proposed schedule as a “favorite”.

You can find detailed course descriptions and prerequisite information in the Scheduler Builder when you select a course and in the UH Graduate and Undergraduate Catalogs.

Schedule Builder allows you to input your unavailable times, such as work commitments or extracurricular activities. Simply block out these times in the Schedule Builder, and it will generate schedules that accommodate your availability.

Schedule Builder offers global filters to help you narrow down your course search based on criteria such as course level, instructor, and location. These filters make it easier for you to find the courses that best fit your preferences.

Once you've created a schedule that you like, simply click on the "Favorite" button, and you'll be able to access it later from your saved schedules list.

After finalizing your schedule using the Schedule Builder, you can easily enroll by clicking the “Enroll” button and following the prompts to complete the enrollment process.
