There are four ways to contact FIXIT to create a service request: Call 713-743-4948 or 3-4948 (FIXIT) on campus, text or email to Fixit@uh.edu or online to AccessUH and find the FIXIT icon.

Anyone can submit a service request but they are normally created by Building Coordinators (BCs).

This means that from the time you submit a service request one of the Zone Managers or Customer Liaisons will be at the location to triage the issue and assign it to the appropriate shop.

Building Cordinators (BCs) are individuals who volunteer as the point of contact for buildings and departments on campus to manage conversations between UH Facilities and distribute communications about outages and other notifications.

The Frontline FIXIT golf cart are the FIXIT Customer Service Liaisons triaging service requests submitted by the Building Coordinators and other customers. They are the first respond to a service request and help make sure the work order is assigned to the correct shop.
