Education through Experience
In addition to a broad range of studies, UH offers opportunities to broaden your perspectives and create a unique educational experience. All undergraduates are invited to learning abroad or join our College Success Program, where you'll find extra help in navigating the curriculum. For exceptionally motivated students, our Honors College, provides extraordinary opportunities in the classroom and beyond.
The University of Houston offers ROTC (Reserve Officer Training Corps) programs for the U.S. Army, Air Force and Navy. As a ROTC student, you'll not only earn a college degree, you'll also graduate as an officer in the U.S. Armed Services. With ROTC's generous scholarship programs, you may be able to graduate debt free, too.
ROTC programs at UH combine academics and hands-on training and take only a few hours a week to complete.
