The Quad will be opening in August of 2020 and we want to give you an opportunity to be one of the first residents to live in the new building. 

From Monday, October 7 through Thursday, October 17 students who currently live on-campus may submit an interest form to live in The Quad for the 2020-2021 academic year. 

To submit your interest form, login to your myHousing portal and select Quad Interest Form. Once you’ve submitted the form you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email you should first check your spam folder. If you don’t see it there, then call the Housing Office at 713.743.6000 and they will be able to confirm if your submission was received. 

Remember, you have from Monday, October 7 through Thursday, October 17 11:59pm to submit your Quad Interest Form.  This is the ONLY WAY to be eligible to live in The Quad. This Interest Form is NOT a housing application so if you’re not selected to live in the Quad, you will not be charged any fees. 

On Friday, October 18, 800 residents will be randomly selected to reserve a space in The Quad.  

If you are selected you will receive a confirmation email on Friday, October 18.  

After you receive your confirmation email you will need to complete a housing application and select your bed space in The Quad. You have from October 18th to October 25th to do so. You can do this by visiting AccessUH and selecting the myHousing portal. 

If you are selected and DO NOT complete your housing application, you will forfeit your spot in The Quad. 

Weren’t selected to live The Quad? You will have an opportunity to select a space during Priority Selection for our other residence halls starting on Monday, October 28th.   

If you’re a non-resident and you want to live on-campus, opportunities to apply to live on campus will open in December.
