Description
Phase IV of the SERC build-out includes 4,085 s.f. of the northeast corner of Level 1. This space will be Engineering Labs for Dr. Litvinov and Dr. William. Also included is 19,740 s.f. of Biomedical Engineering labs on the 2nd floor and 20,600 s.f. of Biochemistry labs on the 4th floor. This phase will complete the build-out of the SERC building.
