Her college work-study experience as a student employee at USM will benefit students looking for campus jobs to gain work skills and faculty and staff promoting campus opportunities. Madison is organized and has great project management skills which are two important assets essential to the Program Coordinator 2 role”.
Through her teaching candidacy, work experience, and education, Madison developed a deeper understanding of academic procedures, policies, and personal development of students in higher education. Madison is currently pursuing her Master of Arts degree in English and strives to apply her knowledge in her current role as program coordinator 2 at UCS as she moves forward helping students succeed in reaching their goals. Madison said “Never let the fear of failure stop you from reaching your goals. Every mistake is an opportunity for you to learn and grow.”
