By providing quality education and networking opportunities, the Knowledge Community strives to serve as a driving force in the movement towards improved student learning.

Dr. Shefman has been involved with the knowledge community as the co-chair of the Coaching Workgroup and she is member-at-large for the leadership team. I am fortunate to be elected to continue in a new role,” said Shefman. “The work of the knowledge community is important for the field of Student Affairs as we expand our impact broadly on student success in postsecondary education.”
“We are very proud of Dr. Shefman’s accomplishments since joining our team and leading the division’s efforts with assessment and strategic planning,” stated Dr. Daniel Maxwell, Associate Vice President for Student Affairs. “Pam has led us in advancing our efforts and our initiatives across all 29 departments in how we measure student success and the impact of our work.  I am excited to have Pam share her expertise with NASPA as a national co-chair.”
