UH Professors Manuel J. Gutiérrez and Pedro Gutiérrez Revuelta explore the prose writings of the last 13 years of Neruda and their relationship with the Latin American social context. The authors use in their discussion manuscripts of the Nobel Prize writer that were never published in books, but that are not only necessary to interpret Neruda's literary production, but also the social events that took place in the world during the studied period. The book is now out in bookstores.
