The UH Staff Empowerment Committee invites you to join the Workplace Conversations Series: Season of Self Care on Thursday, March 21st from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM via MS Teams where four guest panelists will share perspectives and conversations on being in a constant Season of Self Care. They will discuss topics on healthy living, diet, physical and mental wellness, both in the workplace and beyond.
